Product Features

Tapping Machine 6mm has a specially heat-lathered cone and also provides a specially treated silicon liner cone.
Tapping Machine Head is made from close-grained cast iron, accurately bored, reamed, and honed to ensure perfect alignment between the column and spindle. An easy clamping device is fitted for locking it on the column.
The Machine Spindle is made from EN8 to withstand distortion; it is lanced and mounted on roller bearings.
Tapping Machine Table is proportionately designed for rigidity with a sufficient surface area provided to hold down the job. It can be vertically powered or raised by a worm and rack (19mm). Slotting is provided to hold heavy jobs.
Tapping Machine Base is designed to provide a sufficient area for heavy jobs, with slots provided for convenient holding.
