Gas Welding & OAW

(OAW), a traditional yet highly effective welding process. Gas Welding is a versatile technique where a flame is produced by burning a mixture of oxygen and a fuel gas, typically acetylene, to generate the heat needed to melt and fuse metal parts. This method is widely used for tasks such as metal joining, cutting, and repair work, offering excellent control and flexibility, especially for welding thin metals.

Oxy-Acetylene Welding (OAW), also referred to as gas welding, is one of the most common forms of gas welding due to its ability to produce a concentrated, high-temperature flame (up to 3,500°C). This flame allows for precise control over the welding process, making it ideal for welding various metals such as steel, copper, and aluminum alloys.
